New TeleBANK-24 Menu
Bank of Prescott is pleased to introduce our new and improved TeleBANK-24 Telephone Banking system beginning August 6, 2015, at 9:00 AM. One of the new features of our new Telephone Banking system will be Voice Recognition. This allows you to speak commands and numbers to the system instead of using the keypad. The Voice Recognition feature is optional and keypad entry will be the default. Please carefully read and retain this important information to ensure that you can continue accessing your accounts by phone.
The TeleBank-24 number will not change – (870) 887-BANK - 870-887-2265
On your first call to the new system, you will be asked to enter:
- One of your account numbers. (Any of your account numbers’ with us will work)
- Your Social Security number.
- A new four-digit PIN. (You may use your old PIN if you desire)
This will complete your account setup process.
On your future calls, you will only have to enter one of your account numbers and your PIN to access TeleBANK-24. (Any of your account numbers will work)
